String Similarity Check
String similarity is measured as a percentage of how similar two strings are, character-for-character.
Consider the following:
- has a similarity of: 1.00 (or 100%)
- has a similarity of: 0.50 (or 50%)
- has a similarity of: 0.75 (or 75%)
- has a similarity of: 0.60 (or 60%)
